ORDERS

Acceptance by the “buyer” of an electronic confirmation does not mean acceptance by the “seller” of the order of “buyer” or confirmation of offer of sale by “seller”. The “seller” reserves the right, at any time after receipt of the order of “buyer”, to accept or refuse the order of the “buyer” for any reason whatsoever. The “seller” reserves the right, at any time after receipt of the “buyer’s” order, without prior notice to “buyer”, to provide less than the ordered quantity of any item. The “seller” may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. At the time the order is placed, the “buyer” must pay special attention to information he or she enters or sends: veracity, accuracy (email, billing /shipping address, postal code/ zip code, province/State, phone number, etc.). JUVENTEDC cannot be held responsible for the consequences of these errors (delivery delay, impossibility of delivery, etc.)

PRICING

Prices for JUVENTEDC products displayed on the www.juventedc.com website are in Canadian dollars for sales in Canada (CDN $) and in US dollars (USD $) for sales in the United States and in any other country. Product prices are those in effect at the time the buyer places the order in the currency indicated on the site. They are tax-free and do not include handling /delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

TAXES

In Canada, appropriate sales taxes will be added to the price of the product (s) purchased, according to delivery address indicated by the “buyer”. For sales outside Canada, prices will be invoiced without taxes and import duties. These do not fall on the “seller” and, if necessary, will be the responsibility of the “buyer”.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Orders must be paid in full by “the buyer” before delivery of the products. Monetary transactions on the juventedc.com site are conducted through Stripe secure payment solutions. JuventeDC will never access your credit card information.
