DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to Canada and the continental United States by Canada Post, in collaboration with United States Postal Service when necessary. For other destinations, contact us at info@juventedc.com before placing the order. It is not possible to deliver to post office boxes.

Delivery times are usually 5 to 7 business days, but may vary according to destination, time of year and weather conditions or transport. Juvente^DC cannot be held responsible for longer than normal delivery times.

Products are sent to the address indicated by the “buyer” when ordered online. Juvente^DC is not responsible for difficulties and delays in delivery due to wrong or incomplete address.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery is free for all addresses in Canada and the continental United States for orders of $60.00 and over. For orders of $ 59.99 and under, a fixed fee of $12.00 CDN in Canada and $15.00 USD in continental United States will be added to the total order.

For other countries, delivery charges will be invoiced in addition and on an individual basis.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the “buyer” is not satisfied with his /her purchases, he/she must contact the “seller” within 15 days following the date of receipt of the order to request a refund. After this time, or if there is less than 80% content remaining in the pots, no refund request will be considered.

The creams must be returned, with «Your Juvente order receipt», to Juvente^DC – Customer service, 175, avenue des Ateliers, Montmagny, Quebec, G5V 0G8, Canada. Return shipping charges remain the responsibility of the “buyer”.
