SHIPPING
Deliveries are made within Canada and the continental United States via Canada Post, in collaboration with United States Postal Service when necessary. For other destinations, please contact us at info@juventedc.com before placing your order. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.

Delivery times are typically 5 to 7 business days but may vary depending on destination, time of year, and weather or transport conditions. JUVENTEDC cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond the usual timeframe.

Products are shipped to the address provided by the "buyer" during the online order process. JUVENTEDC is not responsible for delivery issues or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping is free for addresses in Canada and the continental United States on orders of $60.00 or more. For orders of $59.99 or less, a fixed fee of $12.00 CAD within Canada and $15.00 USD within the continental United States will be added to the total order.

For other countries, shipping fees will be charged separately and on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the "buyer" is not satisfied with their purchase, they must contact the "seller" within 15 days of receiving the order to request a refund. After this period, or if less than 80% of the content remains in the returned cream jar(s), no refund request will be considered.

Creams must be returned with a copy of "Your Order Confirmation" to:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the "buyer."
