ORDER
The receipt of an electronic order confirmation form by the "buyer" does not signify acceptance of the order by the "seller" or confirmation of the seller's sales offer. The "seller" reserves the right, at any time after receiving the buyer's order, to accept or decline the order for any reason. The "seller" reserves the right, at any time after receiving the buyer's order, without prior notice to the buyer, to provide less than the ordered quantity of an item. The "seller" may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. When placing an order, the "buyer" must pay particular attention to the information they enter and submit: accuracy and correctness (email, billing/shipping address, postal code, province/state, phone number, etc.). JUVENTEDC is not responsible for the consequences of any errors (delivery delays, inability to deliver, etc.).

PRICES
The prices of JUVENTEDC products displayed on the website juventedc.com are in Canadian dollars (CAD) for sales in Canada and in U.S. dollars (USD) for sales in the United States and other countries. The product prices are those in effect at the time the buyer places the order, in the currency indicated on the site. Prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping/handling fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

TAXES
In Canada, applicable sales taxes will be added to the price of the purchased product(s) based on the delivery address provided by the buyer. For sales outside of Canada, prices will be calculated without taxes or import duties on invoices. These are not the responsibility of the "seller" and, if applicable, will be at the buyer's expense.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for the order must be made in full by the "buyer" before the products are shipped. Monetary transactions made on the website juventedc.com are processed through the secure payment solutions of Stripe. Therefore, JUVENTEDC never has access to your credit information.
